2. Phone Consultation to Discuss Your Goals
Once you have registered, we will briefly discuss your fitness goals and how EMS training can help you achieve them. If EMS is a good fit, we will schedule an appointment for the trial session at the studio.

3. Welcome and Personalised Introduction at the Studio
After a thorough assessment, I will introduce you to EMS training in detail, taking ample time to answer all your questions.
